1. You contact us to confirm availability and rates and answer any specific questions you might have.
2. Within five days, you send us 30% deposit to reserve your dates, via bank transfer. The booking is then confirmed and the dates reserved.
3. We send you an email, fill with full directions and maps, information about the villa and surrounding area, activities, restaurant recommendations etc etc.
4. A few days before your holiday we send you an email asking you about your arrival hour, so we can arrange a convenient time for the welcome meeting, where we can answer any questions you might have, show you the house and take the balance due.
We will also take the security deposit (100 EUR) which will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay if there are no breakages.
